Effective March 14, 2022, the United States Department of Labor’s eFile and eServe system (EFS – efile.dol.gov) will release enhanced e-mail notifications regarding cases before the Office of Administrative Law Judges (OALJ).  These enhancements are in response to feedback from EFS users on how to improve the utility of e-mail notifications.

These enhancements are in response to feedback from EFS users on how to improve the utility of e-mail notifications.

On July 01, 2022, the United States Department of Labor’s eFile and eServe system (EFS – efile.dol.gov) will release enhancements to the organization module and delegated access functionality in the system. These enhancements are in response to feedback from EFS users regarding the need to enable a law firm's legal staff to perform all functions related to electronic filing, accessing case files and served documents, on behalf of the attorneys.
