On Aug 17, 2022, the United States Department of Labor’s eFile and eServe system (EFS – efile.dol.gov) will release a new feature - Transfer cases from one account to another.
The feature will be available for individual users as well as users belonging to an organization. It will enable users to seamlessly transfer their cases from their current account to a new one under various situations such as, a change in their email address, change of organization's / law firm's name and email addresses, moving to a new organization / law firm.
In this release, the system will support the transfer of OALJ cases only. The ability to transfer appeals will be available in the Fall of 2022.
The Department of Labor will be hosting an informational webinar to demonstrate these enhancements to users of the system on Aug 16, 2022.
