Help on 'ARB Dashboard'

ARB Dashboard

Step 1: Click on “File a New Appeal-ARB” button to bring up the form to file a new appeal to ARB

Step 2: Click on “Request Access to Appeals” button to search for existing appeals and request access to the desired appeals

Step 3: My Access Requests table

  1. This table lists all the appeals you have requested access to.
  2. The 'View' link lets you view some basic information about the appeal.
  3. Status:
    1. SUBMITTED – Request submitted and awaiting approval from the Board
    2. APPROVED – Request approved.
    3. REJECTED – Request rejected. Reject reason will be sent via email
    4. REMOVED – Once a user is no longer party to an appeal, they can remove themselves from the appeal
    5. REVOKED – When the Board removes a user from the appeal

Step 4: Appeals Delegated to Me Table

  1. This table lists all the appeals that have been delegated to you by another attorney in the same organization. 

Step 5: New Appeals table

  1. This table lists all the new appeals you have filed.

Step 6: Appeals in Draft State table

  1. This table lists all the ARB appeals in draft state. Appeals in Draft are saved in your dashboard and not sent to DOL for processing. You can edit the appeals in the draft state any number of times until it is submitted to DOL.
